For independent brands

Your product decisions live in screenshots, exports and threads.

Huddle reads your store, brings you what’s worth deciding,
and does what you approve.

Huddle’s Home page for Argento & Co.: today’s edition, four readings, and the three decisions waiting on Maya.

In short

What you get
Product work taken off your team’s plate: pages, stock, channels, and the questions shoppers keep asking.
How it runs
Huddle proposes. You approve by kind of work, once. It runs on its schedule and stops at the decisions that are yours.
What it costs
The Fitting is free. Pricing is scoped on the call.

The work between your systems

How product work gets done today.

Your tools report a state. A person notices it, gathers the context, decides, and hands it off. Huddle takes that loop on, and stops at the decisions that are yours.

  1. Today
  2. Your tools report a state: dashboards, alerts, exports.
  3. Someone watches it, or someone asks.
  4. They gather the context: screenshots, exports, a thread, a chat window.
  5. They reason it through with the team, and with an AI in another tab.
  6. They land on a fix.
  7. They hand it to whoever can make the change.
  8. It joins a backlog, or interrupts the week.
  9. Every step is a person carrying context between systems.
  1. With Huddle
  2. Huddle reads the same systems as one record.
  3. It notices, and says why, with the receipt.
  4. It proposes the work against your goals and rules. You approve, edit, narrow, or refuse.
  5. It does the work at the level you allowed, and checks it.
  6. What happened goes back into the record, and so does your answer.
  7. The context stays in one place. The work leaves your plate.

How Huddle works

Understand, decide, act, learn.

Every piece of work travels the same loop, and the loop is what lets you hand over more of it over time.

  1. Understand the product

Huddle reads Argento’s store, orders, line sheet and returns as one record. Maya’s rules sit beside it, in her own words: no claim without the maker’s paper.

Huddle’s Wiki for Argento & Co.: the rule Maya wrote in her own words, no claim without the maker’s paper, and the nine times in thirty days it stopped something.
  2. See what matters

A shopper asked if the Vela Chain was solid gold. The page never said. Huddle noticed, and said which page, and why.

Huddle’s Questions page: the question a shopper asked, the page that did not answer it, and what changed.
  3. Decide what to do

The Halden Coat is selling out in the shop while the reserve holds plenty. Huddle worked out a move of 350 coats, then stopped. Maya approves, edits, narrows or refuses.

A decision in Huddle: move 350 coats to the shop, with Approve, Edit, Narrow and Refuse.
  4. Put the work into motion

At 11:44 AM, with Maya’s yes, the size chart went back on 18 pages shoppers had asked about. Huddle checked that it saved, that the page shows it, and that the number moved.

Huddle’s Activity page: what Huddle did today, in order, with who started each line and where it stands.
  5. Learn

Maya said no to a stock move in the last week of the month, twice. Huddle stopped asking in that week. Her reason is now a rule, in her words.

Three things Maya stopped, and the one Huddle learned from: it no longer asks to move stock in the last week of the month.

Huddle learns how your business works. It never assumes it already knows.

What Huddle takes on

Huddle takes on six kinds of work.

Every job Huddle runs is one of these. Approve a kind once and it runs on that kind from then on.

Operations

Takes care of the repeated product work across your systems and channels: pages, stock counts, line sheets, listings.

Huddle’s Operations page, what ran without Maya: the five newest of fifty pieces of work, where each lives and how it ended, four done and one stopped.

Product intelligence

Understands each product: what its page holds and lacks, what came back after it sold, and why.

Huddle’s Reports page: this week’s reading, and the searches that found nothing.

Market intelligence

Reads demand: what shoppers search for, what they could not find, and who shows up beside you.

Strategy

Says where demand is moving and what matters next. The call is yours.

Merchandising

Helps decide what leads, what holds, and how each product is shown on every shelf.

Growth

Finds where products can capture more demand and acts on it with your yes: your channels, your shoppers’ email, your ads.

One record under everything

Then you can just ask it.

Ask in your own words. Huddle answers from your products, your orders and your rules, shows what it read, and says what it could not answer. When the answer is work, it comes back ready to approve.

Ask Huddle: a box to ask in Maya’s own words, three questions to start from, and the last answer, which comes back as one decision ready to approve.

You decide

You set what runs on its own, once.

Every kind of work has one setting: on its own, asks first, or never. No single switch turns it all on, and Huddle cannot change its own permissions.

On its own
Drafting, filling in and checking. Huddle does this all day and writes every line into Activity.
Asks first
Anything a shopper reads, and anything that moves money, waits for your yes. Answer from the app, or from Slack, email or WhatsApp if you turn them on.
Never
Huddle never writes to a buyer or a maker, never sets a price, never buys anything. There is no setting for these, because it does not do them.
Huddle’s Permissions page: each kind of work set to On its own, Asks first, or Never, and when it was last used.

Your systems

“But we already have tools for this.”

You keep every one of them. Each tool reports its own state and forgets what you decided; Huddle reads them as one record, carries the work between them, and keeps your calls, so the second month is smarter than the first.

Where Huddle’s numbers come from: each source, what it holds, whether it is connected, and what Huddle may do there.

Questions

What brands ask first.

What does Huddle actually do?

It takes on the product work between your systems: keeps product pages complete and true, watches stock, keeps every channel in step, and brings you the decisions that are yours. Approve a kind of work once and it runs on that kind from then on.

What won’t it do without me?

Anything a shopper reads, and anything that moves money, waits for your yes: publishing a page, sending an email, pausing an ad, moving stock. It never writes to a buyer or a maker, never sets a price, and never buys anything.

Which systems does it work with?

Your store, your orders and returns, your line sheet, your ad accounts, your email platform, and the places your products are listed. The Fitting reads your public storefront with no permission at all; the rest is granted on the call.

Does it change things in my store?

Only at the level you set for that kind of work, and every change is written into Activity with a name and a time. It checks each write three ways: that it saved, that the page shows it, and that the number you watch moved.

How is this different from the tools I already have?

Each tool reports its own state and forgets what you decided. Huddle reads them as one record, carries the work between them, and keeps your calls as rules it runs on. You keep every tool, and the second month is smarter than the first.

How does it learn how we work?

From your rules, written in your own words, and from your answers. A refusal is recorded with your reason, and the same no twice becomes a rule it follows.

Who is it for?

Independent brands with a product line and a small team, where the product work lands on the founder. If one person reads every order and every page already, you may not need it yet.

What is the Fitting?

A free read of your business before we meet. Huddle reads your storefront the way a shopper and a search engine would, and sends you what it found. The call is spent on your products, never on a product tour.

What does it cost?

The Fitting is free. Pricing is scoped on the call, and it is never a percentage of your revenue.

Before the call

Let Huddle read your business first.

We read your storefront before we meet, so the call is spent on your products. It’s free, and the demo runs on what we found.

  1. Pick a time and tell us your domain. It’s free.
  2. We read your live storefront and send you the Fitting.
  3. We meet and walk through it in Huddle.
